PRE-REGISTER HERE FOR care4you2 CLASSES

       TWO STEPS to REGISTER FOR A CLASS:

1. Complete ALL fields of the information on the pre-registration page AND click on the SUBMIT button

THEN

2. Make a payment, either a deposit or pay-in-full, by PayPal (below the registration form).

Students are NOT put on a roster until we receive your pre-registration AND a payment. 

Students who pre-register on-line will be asked to complete some additional paperwork on the first day of class and will need to submit proof of ID at that time as well.
