PRE-REGISTER HERE FOR care4you2 CLASSES

       There are TWO STEPS you MUST complete to                  

REGISTER FOR A CLASS-

1. Complete ALL fields of the information on the pre-registration page AND click on the SUBMIT button (if you do NOT click on the submit button directly below the pre-registration form, we will NOT receive your registration.)

THEN

2. Make a payment, either a deposit or pay-in-full, by PayPal (Go to the "Pay Online" Page).

Students are NOT put on a roster until we receive your pre-registration AND a payment. 

Students who pre-register on-line will be asked to complete some additional paperwork on the first day of class and will need to submit proof of ID at that time as well.
