Meet Dawn Ahrens, RN.  Dawn is our Program Coordinator for our Sylvania and Toledo locations.  A graduate of Owens Community College, Dawn graduated with honors and on the Dean's List and was a member of Psi Beta.  She has 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and worked many years in nursing homes in staff development, as an Assistant Director of Nursing and as a Director of Nursing.  In the hospital setting, Dawn provided nursing services in the Neuro Unit at Toledo Hospital and worked at MUO in Oncology/Hematology.   She also has experience as an MDS Coordinator.  Dawn oversees all of our classes in the Toledo and Sylvania locations.  "I get the most enjoyment out of teaching...sharing my knowledge to help make someone else successful."  Dawn is a State Test Evaluator.

Trainees also thoroughly enjoy the classes taught by Donette Forgette, RN, Primary Instructor and is a State Test Evaluator.  Donnette has been an RN for 4 years and has been an STNA and part of the health care team for over 14 years! Donette brings her own unique humor to her lessons, making her classes innovative and fun- "I know how busy life can be with three children and a husband of my own; that's why I believe in an atmosphere that is conducive to both learning and laughter.  I take a personal stake in my student's success, we all do, and that's why care4you2 is the best program ever!"  And students "Do-not For-get" Donette!

Meet Marcia Curavo, RN. Marcia is our Program Coordinator for our Walbridge location.  Marcia's students brag about her teaching methods and just how much they learn from her in their classes.  Marcia has been a nurse for 18 years. Her vast career expands a broad spectrum of experiences including in hospitals on med surg step down unit, working with people with developmental disabilities and in management in long term care for the last 10 years.  Marcia knows what it's like to work the floor as a STNA as she used to be one prior to expanding her career into nursing.  "My passion is teaching and watching my students grow and succeed."  Marcia is also a State Test Evaluator.

Mary Ashbaucher, RN, Primary Instructor, is a graduate of Owens Technical College. She has been an RN for 20 years.  Mary started her career at Columbus Children's Hospital in Newborn Intensive Care where she enjoyed the fast-faced work.  Mary found lots of fulfillment with end-of-life care through her time working with Hospice.  Mary says "I have a passion for sharing my experiences with my students. I love to tell stories and make others laugh."  Mary brags about being a wife and mother and well understands the challenges of juggling work and family. "I am looking forward to changing the world, 1 STNA at a time!" 

Dawn Pasquali, RN is a Primary Instructor with care4you2.  Dawn is committed to giving her students a professional experience in both the classroom and clinical settings.

Nathan Yates is our Office Manager and Marketer and assists students with registrations, questions and signing up for state testing.  EVERYBODY LOVES NATHAN! he's one of the first voices and faces with care4you2 that will greet you when inquiring about our program or in assisting you to register for the program or your state test.
