ANNOUNCING BLENDED INSTRUCTION OPTION!

Call us to sign up for a blended learning class. Start the training any date and time you choose.  IMPORTANT: Once you open the online training, you MUST complete the training within 7 days.  (Training NOT completed within 7 days will result in the student forfeiting the class and having to pay again and start all over again.)

Once the online training is completed, print out your online certificate proving that you completed and passed the classroom portion of your training.

Call us to register for one of the Blended Learning Skills sessions within 1 week of the completion of your online training to come to the classroom and return demonstrate for an instructor just the skills portion of the training (Should take no longer than 2 hours). Then trade your online certificate for your CPR/AED and/or First Aid card!   

The convenience of the blended learning option is the favorite choice of many employers.  Send employees to us or we come to you to complete the skills portion of the training.

Classes Available and Prices

Community and Workplace CPR/AED/First Aid Combination Traditional or Blended Learning Classes:

• Adult ONLY CPR/AED (Adult First Aid): $50 ($40 for care4you2 students/graduates)
• Child/Infant CPR/AED ONLY (Universal First Aid): $60 ($50 for care4you2 students/graduates)
• Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED (Universal First Aid): $70 ($60 for care4you2 students/graduates)

First Aid ONLY:

• Adult ONLY: $35 ($25 for care4you2 students/graduates)
• Adult/Child/Infant= Universal First Aid: $50 ($40 for care4you2 students/graduates)

Community/Workplace CPR/AED ONLY:

• Adult CPR/AED ONLY: $35 ($25 for care4you2 students/gaduates)
• Child/Infant CPR/AED ONLY: $45 ($35 for care4you2 students/graduates)
• Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED ONLY: $50 ($40 for care4you2 students/graduates)

CPR Pro/AED ONLY for the Professional Rescuer- Traditional or Blended Learning Classes:

• Adult/Child/Infant $60 ($55 for care4you2 students/graduates)
• Add Universal First Aid for an aditional $20 (additional $15 for care4you2 students/graduates)

Limit 10 students to a class, per instructor.

Payment Options:

1.  For traditional clasroom classes- CASH ONLY.  REGISTER BY PHONE or IN PERSON. The student needs to bring CASH on the day of class. Students who sign up for class but do not attend lose any discounts and may be required to pay in full up front prior to being resceduled for another class.

2. Blended Learning:  Blended learning students will register online (go to the Register Online for Classes tab and choose the CPR/FA Blended Learning Class option from the class choice drop down menu)and call in a credit card payment.

NO REFUNDS if scheduled class is not attended.  NO REFUNDS once the blended learning class is opened online.

Additional Important Information

• NO walk-ins; ALL students MUST be pre-registered
• Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather, for low enrollment, or for an unforseen emergency
• Classes that are canceled will be noted ON THIS PAGE next to the class date a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start time of class; Please check this page four or less hours prior to the start time of class to confirm your class IS being held
• To re-schedule a class please call (419) 345-4269
• Students who do not arrive to class ON TIME will NOT be permitted to enter the class and NO REFUNDS will be given.
• Students who schedule to come to class and do not give at least 5 hours notice of cancellation will forfeit any discounts.
