COMMUNITY CPR/FIRST AID

Community and Workplace CPR/First Aid Classes, CPR PRO, AND Skills Challenge classes NOW available! Limit 10 students to a class, per instructor.

CASH PAYMENTS ONLY  

1.  REGISTER BY PHONE: credit/debit card information is required.   The student needs to bring CASH on the day of class and the credit/debit card information will not be used.  If the student does NOT attend class on the scheduled day and does not call (419-345-4269) at least 5 hours in advance of the start time of class to reschedule, the student WILL be charged and credit/debit card information WILL be ran.  

2.  REGISTER IN PERSON: cash only.

3.  REGISTER USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE: The student is to call Jill or Diane at (419) 517-7300 to register.  If the student does NOT attend class on the scheduled day and does not call (419-345-4269) at least 5 hours in advance of the start time of class to reschedule, the use of the gift certificate WILL be forfeited. 

4. REGISTER ONLINE: You still MUST call in your credit card information to Jill or Diane to be placed on the register for class.  Complete registration form at the very bottom of this page.  If the student does NOT attend class on the scheduled day and does not call (419-345-4269) at least 5 hours in advance of the start time of class to reschedule, the student WILL be charged and credit/debit card information WILL be ran or the use of any gift certificate WILL be forfeited.  

5.  HOMEWATCH CAREGIVERS EMPLOYEES: If the student does NOT attend class on the scheduled day and does not call (419-345-4269) at least 5 hours in advance of the start time of class to re-schedule, the employee WILL be charged $40 for the cost of the class, which will be payroll deducted.

NO REFUNDS if scheduled class is not attended.

• All classes listed below are for Community CPR/First Aid unless otherwise noted.
• CPR PRO classes are scheduled according to demand.
• Classes are $50.00 for 2 year certification in Community Adult/Child CPR and First Aid; $40.00 to care4you2 students/graduates. 
• CPR ONLY or FIRST AID ONLY is $35 per class/$25 for care4you2 students/graduates.
• MINIMUM 5 students per class- MAXIMUM 10 students per class, per certified instructor
• NO walk-ins; ALL students MUST be pre-registered
• Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather, for low enrollment, or for an unforseen emergency
• Classes that are cancelled will be noted ON THIS PAGE next to the class date a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start time of class; Please check this page four or less hours prior to the start time of class to confirm your class IS being held
• To re-schedule a class, please call Homewatch CareGivers at (419) 517-7300 Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm; ask for Jill or Diane
• Students who do not arrive to class ON TIME will NOT be permitted to enter the class and NO REFUNDS will be given; all payment charges apply as listed above.
• Students who schedule to come to class and do not give at least 5 hours notice of cancellation will forfeit any certificates or credit cards WILL be charged.
