Payment Options:

CASH PAYMENTS ONLY for individuals

Businesses may submit a business check for the total cost of training on the day of training 

Cost: $20 per person up to 13 people OR a flat rate is established for businesses sending 13+ people to training.

1.  REGISTER BY PHONE: The student needs to bring CASH on the day of class and the credit/debit card information will not be used.  If the student does NOT attend class on the scheduled day and does not call (419-345-4269) at least 5 hours in advance of the start time of class to reschedule, the student WILL be charged and credit/debit card information WILL be ran.  Businesses may submit a business check for all their attendees the day of training. 

2.  REGISTER IN PERSON: cash only. 

NO REFUNDS if scheduled class is not attended.

• MINIMUM 5 students per class- MAXIMUM 10 students per class, per certified instructor
• NO walk-ins; ALL students MUST be pre-registered
• Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather, for low enrollment, or for an unforseen emergency
• Classes that are cancelled will be noted ON THIS PAGE next to the class date a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start time of class; Please check this page four or less hours prior to the start time of class to confirm your class IS being held

• Students who do not arrive to class ON TIME will NOT be permitted to enter the class and NO REFUNDS will be given.
