We have added several new pages to our website. 

Below the announcement page is a "message board" to students where instructors can communicate important messages/information to their students.  There is one page per location but each class has it's own section on each page.

We are updating student and graduate testimonials and pictures.

We have added a financial options page.  THIS PAGE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION.  We aim to make this a comprehensive posting of information and websites potential students can utilize while making the educational career decisions.

We are constructing an "Applying for a Job" page for graduates of our program to access.  This page will provide graduates with information on how to apply for a job, resume creation and building, etc.  This page is not open for public view but is information graduates will be given at the time they receive their certificates of successful completion from our program.

EFFECTIVE February 1, 2010:

Students will have the opportunity to participate in our brand new "care4you2 Pay It Forward" program.  Students will be given the opportunity to:

• Research needs in the community
• Determine how those needs tie into their learning experience
• Collectively select an organization to whom to donate 
• Collect and deliver items to the student-chosen organization

EFFECTIVE January 1, 2010:

• The price of our classes is $325. 
• Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a certificate for their choice of ONE of the following:

1. FREE Community CPR Class for Adult/Child
2. FREE First Aid Class
3. FREE 12 Continuing Education Units (STNA's are required to have reported to the state 12 training hours per year AND one 8 hour shift worked under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician every two years in order to maintain STNA certification.)

REFRESHER SESSIONS

care4you2 STNA program graduates may receive extra written and skills practice time, at no charge.  Typically these refresher sessions are offered on Thursdays from 4p-6/7p.  Please see the Graduate's page for dates and times offered.
